Meet some members of the FutureNow family: Mian Arif AliMian Arif Ali holds a Bachelors degree from the University of Punjab and has over 22 years of experience in the technology business. As Executive Director, Arif oversees all operations and activities in FutureNow Technologies. Through his efforts, the Pakistan development center has grown into the FutureNow's largest outside the United States with over 200 employees; providing a valuable hub for product innovation and development. In 2009 he led a team of over 250 people to successfully deliver a project for the Punjab Examination Commission (Govt of Pakistan); processing a result for over 2.6 million individuals within 30 days. He also takes a leading role in incubating new projects, championing industry standards, facilitating collaboration within functional groups, and seeding new products. Before joining FutureNow Technologies, Mian Arif Ali led various companies in the industrial manufacturing sector. Ahmad BilalAs Director Communications, Ahmad oversees a section of IT Delivery Services and the Product Development Center. Ahmad was a part of the original team which initiated FutureNow Technologies. He plays a key management and senior technologist role in FutureNow's global research and development centers, and manages the company's global sourcing strategy. Ahmad's responsibilities include developing optimized user interfaces, localizing products for international markets, advocating cross-functional technology initiatives, and managing various product and project lifecycles. Prior to joining FutureNow, he headed the Information Development department at Descon Information Systems. There he was managing different project teams, developing enterprise level applications and web portal systems for companies in various industry verticals including legal, engineering, manufacturing, construction and information technology. Ahmad is a graduate of the University of Windsor, Canada. Hafiz SaqifHafiz Saqif is responsible for FutureNow's corporate brand and integrated marketing efforts worldwide. He drives the company's corporate positioning, branding and identity, public relations and customer engagement marketing. He is also working across the field of vertical marketing to ensure strong connections with customers. As a champion of FutureNow's brand to both employees and the community, he also oversees FutureNow's sales and corporate affairs. Prior to joining FutureNow in 2008, Saqif was a business consultant at SMEDA (Small and Medium Enterprise Development Authority; Govt of Pakistan) where he led development efforts on a Pakistani Industries Information Portal which brought together business and trade information for thousands of small and medium businesses in Pakistan. Saqif holds a master's degree in information technology from IT University Copenhagen in Denmark. Faisal NihalFaisal Nihal leads FutureNow's global human resources with responsibility for driving organizational development strategies that support the company's global growth, talent management and rewards. A key priority for Faisal is continuing to build upon a culture and set of values that are recognized for attracting and developing exceptional people, and are instrumental in FutureNow's success. During his career, Faisal has led both generalist and specialist human resources functions in the technology, and communications fields. Before joining FutureNow, Faisal has worked with Ovex Technologies, The Resource Group and Align Technologies. Faisal has a Master's degree in Human Resources from the University of Punjab. Obaid WaliIn his role as a senior project manager at FutureNow Technologies, Obaid leads project and product development lifecycles. He has successfully delivered various smart client solutions to US based clients. Obaid Wali is a graduate from the University of Texas at Arlington, USA. He has over 20 years of implementation experience in engineering, information technology and design. He has been a consultant in the field of BPR, ERP and HR, in terms of technology implementation. He also holds extensive project management experience in the fields of mechanical, civil and electrical engineering. Ammar Bin KhalidAmmar holds a Masters degree in CS from the University of Wollongong, Australia. He also holds a diploma in Computer Hardware Electronics and Telecommunications. With over 11 years of experience across the fields of software architecture and design, development, configuration management, deployments and team management Ammar is a valuable asset to FutureNow Technologies. He is currently working as a Senior Programming Manager with our Houston based clients. Nadeem MustafaNadeem holds a BS degree from the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences, Lahore. Nadeem has worked across the fields of product analysis & design, development, quality assurance, requirements gathering and research. He has in-depth knowledge of ISO and CMM best practices. He has formerly worked for various prestigious organizations such as Descon Information Systems. With over 9 years of experience in software design and analysis and 5 years of experience in project management experience Nadeem now works as one of our senior project manager. He manages a team of 20+ and oversees product and project development lifecycles. |
