FutureNow Technologies (pvt) Ltd and the City District Government, Lahore have joined hands to set up the first Complaint Response Centre in the city. This service will enable the general public to lodge complaints about the staff and services at hospitals run by the City District Government, Lahore. The response centre will use an integrated form of FutureNow’s Intract & Office Connect software. Intract, a CRM solution will be customized for the hospitals to enable customer service representatives to add and edit information about complaints lodged by the public. Office Connect, an IPPBX solution will enable the staff to receive and route these complaints. FutureNow will be responsible for system customization, deployment, training and maintenance.
This set up will enable the City District Government to accelerate the complaint resolution process and be of better service to the community through multi-level check & balance.

Lahore, Pakistan (10th April 2008) FutureNow Technologies, a leading provider of technology solutions, announced the successful move of its Lahore office, consisting of approximately 50 employees, to its new location (146 Central Commercial Area, Phase 4, Lahore).
“Our Lahore office has more than doubled in size in the past one year, and our new location accommodates our rapid expansion with state-of-the-art technology and conferencing capabilities,” said Mian Arif Ali, Director Operations FutureNow Technologies (Pvt) Ltd.
The firm moved over 50 employees into its new office space on Monday, and will be able to accommodate over 150 employees in the new space. The firm now occupies 5,000 square feet on 4 floors of the building located in the heart of DHA.

Each of the four floors features an open floor plan that brings in light to enhance the feeling of spaciousness in the overall layout.
